This policy explains what personal information InfraBit IT Solutions collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Two different roles. When you fill in a form on infrabit.co, we decide how your data is used — we are the controller. When our client's staff enter their own customers' records into a platform we host for them (for example a CRM at yourfirm.infrabit.co), that client decides how the data is used and we only process it on their instructions. Section 7 covers that second case.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers or health information through any form on this website.

Every InfraBit product runs on a subdomain we host and maintain for the client — for example yourfirm.infrabit.co. Each client's installation has its own database. In that arrangement:
If you are an end customer, student, parent or employee of one of our clients and you want your records changed or removed, please contact that organisation first — they control the data. We will help them act on it.
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it for marketing, or send you a copy. Write to info@infrabit.co and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
We use HTTPS across the site and all hosted platforms, role-based access control, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
This website is not aimed at children. Our School Management System does hold records about pupils, but those records are entered and controlled by the school, which is responsible for obtaining parental consent. See section 7.
We will update this page when our practices change, and the "last updated" date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email.
