What you will do
- Visit immigration and study-abroad consultancy offices in Punjab and meet their office managers and owners
- Understand how each office handles enquiries, client files and follow-ups today, and show how InfraBit Immigration CRM fits
- Book product demos, join them online or in person, and take notes on what each consultancy needs
- Follow up by phone, WhatsApp and email on work-from-home days, and keep every lead up to date in our CRM
- Pass feedback from consultancies to the product team so the software keeps improving
What we are looking for
- Fluent spoken and written English — this is a must; the interview is in English
- Fresher (graduate in any stream) or final-year student looking for an internship
- Based in Punjab or the Chandigarh tricity, and comfortable travelling locally for meetings
- Confident meeting people face to face and speaking up in a business conversation
- Your own smartphone, plus a laptop and reliable internet for work-from-home days
- Punjabi or Hindi is a plus
