Two ways your
workday just got lighter.
Appointments that quietly land on your Google Calendar, and a lead pipeline you can move with your thumb. No new tabs. No double entry.
Software should remove steps, not add them. The two updates in this release were built around a single, slightly stubborn idea: the tools your team already lives in — their calendar, their phone — should be where the work shows up. So we stopped asking people to copy things between systems, and taught the CRM to do it for them.
Book it once. See it everywhere.
When your front desk books an appointment, that appointment used to live in exactly one place: the CRM. Anyone who wanted to know their day had to go and look. Now, the moment an appointment is booked, it appears on the right people's Google Calendar — automatically, within seconds, with the client's name, purpose, phone, and notes already filled in.
The detail we're most quietly proud of is who it reaches. A synced appointment lands on the calendar of the person who booked it, the staff member it's assigned to, and every admin — so management always has a live view of the day without anyone sending a single calendar invite.
Edit it, and the calendar updates. Cancel it, and it disappears. The two stay honest with each other.
- Connect your own account. Each staff member links their personal Google account once — secured with Google sign-in, no passwords ever stored in the CRM.
- One-way and private. The CRM writes to your calendar; it never reads it back. Your personal events stay yours.
- Always current. Reschedule, change the status, or delete — the calendar copy follows along, and a no-show clears itself off everyone's day.
- Right timezone, automatically. Times follow the timezone set in your system settings, so the slot reads correctly for everyone.
Your whole pipeline, on one board.
Every lead is somewhere — a first call, a proposal sitting in someone's inbox, a deal one nudge away from closing. The new Kanban pipeline view puts all of it on a single board, one column per stage, so the state of your business is something you can see at a glance instead of something you have to assemble from a report.
Moving a deal forward is exactly as satisfying as it sounds: drag the card from one column to the next. Behind that single gesture, the CRM updates the lead's status, writes the change to its history with a timestamp, and recalculates each column's count — so the board is always telling you the truth, and you always have a record of how a deal progressed.
- Stages that match your work. New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won — each colour-coded so a glance tells you where the weight is sitting.
- Drag-and-drop on any device. Built to work with a mouse on the desk and a thumb on the phone.
- Every move is logged. Status changes are written to the lead's history automatically — useful for coaching, useful for accountability.
- Filter to your view. Narrow the board by owner or lead source to see just your slice of the pipeline.
Frequently asked questions
Does InfraBit Immigration CRM sync appointments to Google Calendar?
Yes. When an appointment is booked, it is automatically mirrored to the connected Google Calendar within seconds — with the client name, purpose, phone and notes included. The sync is one-way: the CRM writes to your calendar but never reads your personal events.
Whose calendar does a synced appointment appear on?
It appears on the calendar of the staff member who booked it, the person it's assigned to, and all admins — so management has a live view of the day without anyone sending a calendar invite.
Is the Google Calendar connection secure?
Yes. Each staff member connects their own Google account once using Google sign-in (OAuth). No Google passwords are stored in the CRM, and access tokens are encrypted at rest.
What is the Kanban lead pipeline?
It's a visual board with one column per stage — New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation and Won. Drag a lead from one stage to the next and the CRM updates the status, records the change in the lead's history with a timestamp, and recalculates each column's totals.
Does the Kanban board work on mobile?
Yes. The drag-and-drop pipeline works with a mouse on the desktop and with touch on mobile, and you can filter the board by lead owner or source.
Neither of these features asks your team to learn a new habit. The appointment sync meets people in the calendar they already check every morning; the pipeline board turns status updates into a gesture they already know. That's the whole point — the best software gets out of the way.
Ready to see them in action?
Both features are live now in your InfraBit workspace. Open the Calendar settings to connect Google, and find the new board under Lead Pipeline.
